Brilliant little shop to get your all-american items! Nice and friendly staff. Very good selection of fresh-made rolls etc.

Far too little choice I imagined more. Also much too expensive.

Always great to take a look at what they have available, grab a bagel and a coffee, and enjoy a taste of home.

Overall a nice shop. I imagined the offer to be a little bigger, there are mainly sweets. For true USA fans there is also a selection of smaller (gift) items. However, my companion and I found the young lady at the checkout to be rather unfriendly, annoyed and pampy. When asked whether there were certain products in the store (which can be seen in the photos on the website), she responded briefly with a pampy 'nope'. With every question, we felt like we were bothering the clerk. She has probably never issued a receipt. First she pressed around on the screen for 5 minutes (without excuse that it takes a while, she has problems or similar), then pulled some slip of paper from the receipt printer, 'checked' it briefly and pressed it into our hands . When we left the store, we noticed that she hadn't even given us the correct receipt (which was pretty obvious since we bought several products from the shop & only listed one cappuccino on the bill. So she must have noticed & she did given us the wrong receipt anyway). Neither at the beginning nor at the end of our visit did she say hello, thank you, or bye, 'can I help you?' Or anything else. If the owner should read this - the store would have more potential, especially without said employees. It's okay to have a bad day, but I haven't felt so welcome in a shop for a long time. Another (side) job would probably be more suitable if possible.

Unfortunately, the store gives off the feeling of a coffee sampling stand inside a supermarket. That's not to say the coffee or the cakes are bad, but the decisions made about their presentation are definitely poor. If you're looking for American snacks and candy specifically, I'd recommend The Candy Store for their wider selection and lower prices. The staff is very friendly and I had no trouble ordering in both German and English. Apart from one, which gives off a bossy attitude, which you feel as a customer too.

Such a disappointing experience. I went here to pick up a parcel and was surprised to see it was actually a cute cafe with a nice selection of cakes and things - so I stayed for a drink. The service from the girl (who I think was new) was really lovely. As I went to leave though I came across the manager - who was just rude. My parcel was packaged in a massive box that I wouldn't have been able to pack in my bag and take on my bike - so I had unpacked it while having my drink and broken it down. I asked as I left if they had somewhere for me to recycle it, and I basically got a mini lecture and eye roll and that would do it THIS time as an absolute exception. Firstly, that kind of attitude means that, guess what, this first time guest will not be coming and spending another €7 at your cafe again. Secondly, seriously, what did you expect to happen? I'm going to tell all my friends that you're accepting cardboard boxes in your bins? Or that I'm going to be back every week with more? Come on, get over yourself. It was an opportunity to have acted nicely and built up a good feeling, and rounded off the pleasant experience I'd had to that point in the cafe. But instead I've just been left feeling a bit meh. Not surprised to see other negative reviews on here about the service.

Cosy and original. Great service.

Nice cozy coffee and sundries shop with lots of American goodies you don't seem to find elsewhere. Teriific coffee aroma here and some nice little private seating niches to enjoy. If you buy some grocery goods you might want to check the expiration date, as I have seen some outdateds on the shelf.

The mixture of shop and café is special. Very nice option for a small breakfast, as the shop is already open from 7:00 a.m. Therefore, I would love to come back.

Madness! A piece of the USA in the middle of Munich! Great selection of sweets, delicious food and very friendly staff! The decor is very loving and comfortable! Pleasant atmosphere! We recommend! I'll be back!

Nice Christmas decoration, very cozy, especially in the corner of the FIREPLACE; cool music, exceptionally friendly and pretty service, delicious food and good drinks e.g. B. the cappuccino; fair prices. Always worth a visit!

This place is just amazing. It gives you a realllll good american vibe. The place is soo cozy and comfortable. Definitely recommended for small groups. Bagels are delicious and are a must try. Also they offer a good variety of imported american products. If you are close to the Hauptbahnhof, then it would be great to pay a visit there.

Nice store. Personal were very nice and didn't hesitate to ask if we needed help, even though we were talking in English. As always the prices were high but normal for imported goods. I love that this store makes their products in the bakery portion and you can taste it before buying it.

nice assortment of US Sweets & snacks, but unfortunately much too expensive. If you happen to be around and feel like something, you can do that. But for more I would clearly order in the net, because it is much cheaper. I can not comment on the café area, but the cakes definitely look very delicious!

Cozy cafe with a large selection of delicious cakes and small dishes. You also get all kinds of treats that are otherwise available only in the US. So, if you are looking for a candy or food from your favorite US series, you might find it here. And if the desired product is not available you will try to get it for you.

I come here about once a week! Super friendly staff, a really great selection of breakfasts and sandwiches (I love the pancakes!) All very authentic and made with love! ? 5 stars!

Best staff and great coffee and snacks.

They have good sandwiches and lots of delicious American sweets and beer. The cakes looked tasty too. Service was friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English and German. The store features American classics like Reese's puffs and Skittles, and also offers bagels and sandwiches for a quick bite to eat. But be warned, the things you buy may cost a little more because it is an American (international) brand. But if you're looking for American comfort, it might be worth it to buy a box of pancake batter and treat yourself to something nice. You had a long week. You deserve it.

The place is small and cozy with several seats and not for big groups. You can enjoy a nice coffee or a quick bite, surrounded by pleasant atmosphere, very nice and friendly staff. Always glad to be back for a tasty muffin.

One of the few shops in Munich where you can buy Miller, Coors and Bud Light beers.

Felt a bit foolish going to Germany and coming home laden with American snacks and candy, but this store was very close to my hotel and had such a great selection I couldn't resist. Staff member serving was lovely and friendly, had perfect English and was very helpful. Overall vibe of cafe was warm and cosy.

Lovely place and amazing hosts

I love this spot! It is very small but cozy Caffe with delicious sandwiches. There are grilled or normal sandwiches to choose, and you can take them with you or eat there. And don't forget to check what other things from USA they are offering (snacks, sweets, drinks,...) Go there!

Very nice place. Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with a worker named Sofia. I called to ask about an almost expired product I bought and she was very rude and didn’t seem to care when I mentioned I was pregnant and am very careful about what I eat. She also told me they still sell products when they expire so if things are on sale it most likely means they’re expired....be careful!

Great selection of bagels, sandwiches and North American products. However, the best part is the exceptionally friendly staff, who really make it a pleasure to have lunch there. Highly recommended!
